We are thrilled to announce our newest foundation supporter, the Richard Davoud Donchian Foundation, which has awarded ACE a $2,500 grant in support of our vocational rehabilitation program, Project Comeback.
The grant will help fund workbooks and classroom materials for our Adult Basic Education classes, winter uniforms for our participant sweeping crew, job search kits and other essential supplies. We are incredibly grateful that the Donchian Foundation is joining us in our work to enable and sustain economic independence for New York City’s homeless, and help breaking their downward spiral of poverty, unemployment and hopelessness.
